Infinite Starr went under the ink gun twice to perfect her head tattoo. It started as a vision poorly executed the first time but completely beautified by Sketch of Avow Body Art Tattoos and Piercings in Atlanta. Check out the before and after pictures.
We asked a few questions about her experience and she explains it all after the jump.

The most asked question : Did It Hurt?
Yes, of course. Most of the pain was on the neck area and behind the ear but the actually head area wasn't that bad. The vibration on my skull was more aggravating than the pain.

When Did You First Have Your Head Tattooed?
May 15th, 2010

How Many Tattoos Do You Have?
Eleven.

Does Your Hair Grow Back?
Of course.

What does the Koi Fish Symbolize?
My Perseverance, Strength, and Determination to overcome any trials and tribulations in my life. Also good fortune.

What's Your Next Tattoo
I'm not going to disclose what it is quite yet but once I finish my Geisha on my arm, I want my throat tattooed.

Geisha? Are You Into Japanese Culture?
Yes. It's beautiful and I truly appreciate their art and culture.

Are you tattooing the other side?
I was originally suppose to but I changed my mind so no.

How long did it take?
Both times, 3hrs apiece. I can honestly say the first time hurt worse than the second time. I took it like a champ and even streamed live on ustream for the entire first time I had it tattooed. I should've ustreamed the second time but I was focused more on getting the outlook I wanted.

What didn't you like about the first time you had your head tattooed?
I hated the fin and I specifically told the first artist to correct the fin on the drawing but he claimed he would free hand it. He must've forgotten. Oh and the head of the koi fish the first time was funky looking. I can't explain it but it wasn't right, that's all I knew. Plus after it healed, the ink rejected alot but it's perfect now.

Kanye West kept fans waiting for an hour for a Ustream chat and Def Jam conference call, but the Chi-town rapper finally appeared to discuss his album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

With his G.O.O.D. Music fam Big Sean, CyHi the Prynce, and Pusha T joining him for the session, ‘Ye showed the three-fold physical copy of the fancy packaging with additional slide-out covers, and spoke of working with Q-Tip and Madlib for his collabo album with Jay-Z Watch the Throne, putting J. Cole on a G.O.O.D. Friday track, and how he was inspired by Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

Video: Lil Wayne Released From Prison Today + New Love of His Life

MTV reports:

NEW YORK -- Lil Wayne was released from the Rikers Island prison facility after serving eight months of a year-long sentence for attempted gun possession. Though a guard told MTV News early Thursday morning that he had to wait another day due to "miscalculated" time, at 8:35 a.m. a spokesperson at Rikers confirmed that Wayne had been discharged.

In March, Lil Wayne turned himself in to New York authorities after he struck a plea deal in his case stemming from a 2007 gun arrest near the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan.

The rapper and his entourage were leaving his first headline performance in the Big Apple when police pulled over his tour bus. The New York Police Department alleged that the odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle and later searched the bus. Authorities discovered drugs and a gun, registered in Wayne's manager's name, near the rapper.

In New York, gun laws prohibit people without proper registration from being within operating capacity of a firearm. As a result, the rapper was charged with gun possession and eventually pleaded guilty to attempted gun possession.

Young Money President Mack Maine stopped by the MTV News offices Wednesday and revealed that Weezy would celebrate his homecoming with a party Sunday at a Miami strip club. According to Maine, Wayne's musical family plans to "just treat him like a king, like the royalty that he is and make him feel like we really missed him and welcome him back to the family, basically." The party follows Drake's Light Dreams and Nightmares Tour stop Saturday in Las Vegas, a show at which both Maine and Drizzy have hinted Wayne may make a surprise appearance.

"I would just advise you to book a ticket out there. If you can get tickets to that show on the 6th, I would strongly advise it," Drake told MTV News about the possibility of reuniting with his mentor onstage.

In other interesting, but not so surprising news. Lil Wayne has allegedly found love while confined to those prison walls. In the last fan letter posted to his WeezyThanxYou.com website, there was a very touching love note to a special someone that would make any woman’s heart flutter.

Now I must dedicated something to the woman in the picture…
…sitting on this bed with my back against one of the four walls I’ve been confined to, all I can think of is you. Staring at you staring at me, from the picture of you that I see. I try so hard to make the picture smile. You look so serious. Seriously beautiful. You, me, we are one. Then I look further to the right and there’s a picture of “the bed by the water”… where I dream to be with the woman in the picture that still won’t smile. I sometimes talk to the picture, but it never responds. Although, I’ve been told that a picture speaks a thousands words, I only wish that this picture would speak of four… “I love you too.” That would be the perfect response to what I frequently say to it. You see, the picture of “the bed by the water” has sand in it, and the woman in the other picture has sand in her hair… put them together, and she’s there. And when I dream, I’m there with her. Shhh… quietly these four walls become that place in the picture. And the woman in the picture begins to whisper… “I love you too”… she responds!

According to our friends over at Baller Alert, very reliable sources have confirmed that Wayne is very smitten and in love with Candace Cabrera (otherwise known as “Black” from VH1′s Flavor of Love) who frequently visited Wayne while he was at Rikers.

Congrats to him! We can’t wait to hear what some of his new material will sound like. He previously wrote that he had been listening to nothing but slow jams and sports talk while in prison.

BET's 2010 Hip Hop Awards aired last night (October 12), overall it was a pretty good show.

The highlights of the show for me were the cyphers. The father/son cypher with Rev Run, Diggy and Jojo with Ice Cube, Doughboy and OMG. It was cool because it's something we've never seen before.

The Wiz Khalifa, Yelawolf, Raekwon and Bones Brigante cypher was pretty good as well, Yela really went it.

It was good to see Dipset together again performing "Salute", and J.Cole killed it with his performance of "Who Dat."

Kanye West Performs "Power" and "Runaway" on Saturday Night Live (SNL)

Kanye West brought his energy and his new signature red suit as he performed his new album’s debut single “Power” last night (Sat. Oct 2) on Saturday Night Live! The rapper mimicked the music video for the song by performing in front of an all-white back-drop with dozens of dancing women dressed in white surrounding him. Kanye even kept it friendly by changing a line in the song where he disses SNL. Now that’s that we call improvisation!
‘Ye also took the stage a second time during the evening to perform his new album’s second single “Runaway” along with Pusha T who guests on the track, which he premiered less than a month ago at this year’s VMAs.
